Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
I have mounted a Samba directory using "Connect to the server...". 1- I make two new directories: A and B (no problem) 2- I make two new files: 1.txt and 2.txt (no problem) 3- I copy 1.txt and I paste in A directory. (no problem) 4- I cut 2.txt and I paste in B directory. It crashes. I have the same problem dragging the file icon with the mouse. Then, in my /var/log/messages I have this line: nautilus[10318]: segfault at 00000000 eip b764ea17 esp b69c9050 error 4 More information: - ubuntu 8.04 - nautilus 1:2.22.2-0ubuntu4 - gvfs 0.2.3-0ubuntu4 ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- (feisty) nautilus crash moving a file in a smb mounted directory https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/224613 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
