In 8.04 LTS (x86), when the application menu bar is positioned at the
bottom of the screen, the last item of a long sub-menu will appear off
the bottom of the screen. Eg., position the application menu bar at the
bottom of the screen. Click on Applications and move the mouse down to
the Sound & Video sub-menu. The last item on the menu is positioned off
the bottom of the screen. It can still be selected by moving the cursor
down to it, but the name of the item cannot be seen.
Note: I did not notice this until I had added several applications to
the Sound & Video sub-menu. I do not know if the problem occurs after a
clean install from CD.
