I've done diff on gdm.conf and gdm.conf-custom files only. There is no differences in gdm.conf but there is these empty lines in gdm.conf-custom. So if someone who still have the bug can try to edit gdm.conf-custom, remove these 3 lines (if they exist) and test it, it whould be helpfull.
I'll also try to revert the diff (adding empty lines) to see if the bug reappears.
