It's not that I have a similar issue but that I have the same issue. The bug was marked as invalid because there was no confirmation and the person dropped the issue. Therefore I think it is valid to reopen the issue. I do agree that it is perhaps better placed on the gnome bug tracker. I have therefore opened a bug there. Bug 533183 If anyone else is interested in this issue then please pursue it there with me. It will remain closed here.
