Binary package hint: totem
Environment: Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron LiveCD
I wanted to play ubuntu Sax.ogg, so I double clicked on it. It opened in
Totem.
Bug 1: The screen flickered black once.
I thought I could prevent the flickering by turning off the
visualizations.
Bug 2: There was actually no visualtization even though "Show visual
effects when an audio file is played" was checked. This was probably
because no visualization effect was selected.
But I didn't want any visualization, so I UNckecked the box, and clicked
Close. I repeat: I unchecked the box.
Bug 3: Unchecking the box turned visualtizations ON.
By checking the box, then unchecking it yet again I was able to turn
visualizations off for now.
