I think the problem is not with Firefox, but Prism, I have version 0.8 I had the standalone application installed with few preset Web apps from Ubuntu repository and it still crushed and after that all my applications failed to start (that means the same problem I had with the Extension). Most probably it have some problems in saving any thing to disk. I've not tried the 0.9 version.
