Yeah, I tried that initially and it didn't appear to do anything. I just
tried it again and it never gave me any notification or information at
the terminal (see screenshot). Eventually (I let it remain there for two
hours just to make sure it wasn't still processing something) I hit
"ctrl-C" and it gave me back the prompt. Trying to list it gave me the
same result as before:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ /usr/lib/gvfs/gvfsd -r

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ gvfs-mount ftp://domain.name/
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ gvfs-ls ftp://domain.name/
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$
