Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

Ubuntu: 8.04 Hardy
Nautilus Installed: 1:2.22.3-0ubuntu2
When I try to open a folder, it always opens at full screen and I can't see
panels. I am also unable to minimize/close folder due to absence of the
folder's headers (see screen shot). Also, if I run an application or open a
file, it doesn't display and I have to switch manually by Alt+tab in order to
see it.
