Public bug reported:
To reproduce bug, open the "Quit" dialog (where there are the buttons
for different tasks: log out, suspend, shutdown etc...) . Now click one
of the buttons and without releasing, move the cursor off the button and
release the mouse button. Now hovering over the button shows like it's
being pressed.
