* Bug description:
Power Manager shows that battery is not present and cpu frequency is 0 MHz. 
There is no matter, if the wire is plugged in or not.
In Feisty, battery monitoring was ok, but cpu frequency was also displayed 0 
MHz.
I think this is not a guidance-power-manager bug.
