Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

A new user could not discover a way to perform administrator privileged
file system operations (in particular, moving a directory into a root
owned directory.

steps to reproduce:
1 open /usr/share/ and home dir in two nautilus windows
2 attempt to drag a file or directory into /usr/share

what is shown:
"Error while moving "filename".
There was an error moving the file into /usr/share.
Error moving file: Permission denied

what is expected:
a way to escalate privileges and allow the operation.

suggestion for fix:
1 explain the privilege escalation requirement and ask if this is what the user
intended
2 present gtksu to the user if necessary
3 perform operation
