I could reproduce the bug using the following procedure,

1. Open the playlist and order it with respect to the album title
alphabetically.
2. Select the first song in the list (the top most) and add 'z' before the
first letter (mine was adding 'z' in front of 'adada').
3. This doesn't move the file immediately to the last position. Now press the
'forward' button as if moving to the next song property. This moves the song to
the end of the list, but the back button is inactive and forward button is
active for the same song as though it is still in the first position.
4. Close the property window and open the property for the same song file again
through right click menu > property.
5. Now remove the 'z' added in step 2, but this doesn't immediately move the
song to the top of the list as it was originally.
6. Press the back button, which causes the song file to move to top of the
list. But the property window still shows an active back button and inactive
forward button as though last item on the list.

The bug is that although pressing back or forward button after making a
change which will reorder the file position in the list is working
properly, it is not able to take into consideration the current position
of the file and activate/deactivate the back and forward buttons after
the file has been moved through the list.

I have also attached screenshots taken at the end of step 3 and step 6
with this comment. I hereby confirm the bug as it is reproducible.
