Public bug reported: Affects: yelp (Ubuntu) Severity: Normal Priority: (none set) Status: Unconfirmed
Description: When searching with yelp after opening an application manual, the search gives results from all content in yelp, way too much. This is the same with or without beagle enabled. The beagle search gives a different search view without text quotes and fewer results btw. I think it is quite distracting and misleading for new users looking for help. That might be a big problem for some people and doesn't mak ubuntu look good (there are results like 'File: CHANGELOG', without info from what manual as well) -- search field on top doesn't produce expected results https://launchpad.net/bugs/41604 -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
