This has where the excat file is and some other interesting things
/usr/share/hal/fdi/information/10freedesktop/10-usb-music-players.fdi
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rhythmbox/+bug/178359

Right now I'm working to get this to open a Nautilus window. I get the
ipod logo(not hard to change),2.0GB Media label, and Rythmbox opens.
Right click Properties>Volume shows no UUID. I would assume that would
be a bit of a problem that should be fixed before getting it to
recognize. At the moment I'm looking up information about HAL to see
what else can be done.

Specs:
Ubuntu Hardy
