I would agree, but I have not a full overview about the malone philosophy.
First I was not sure which package is responsible and then I didn't know, that you can add more than one product/package to one bug. At the moment gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly is added as affected and bug #30864 is already marked as duplicate of #35685.
