Ubuntu 8.10 x86 LiveCD Alpha-4 release (kernel 2.6.26.5-generic) As a non-expert user I just had difficulty finding a PC that would actually load this LiveCD session and it then wouldn't allow 'at' key entry for logging in to make this report (I had to use Ctrl_V of a text file created on another working PC to do that) The Alpha-4 x86 LiveCD wouldn't even load on an E2160 or on an E4600 based PC. Fortunately, I had someone's old 2.8GHz Northwood PC that I could try and it promptly generated this error report.
