How can I help with this bug because I've the same problem. I've got a Ipod Classic 80 Gb and I put the album art of a song in the tag file with the program Easytag. When I put than the song on my Ipod with itunes (virtual in windows xp) I can see the album art when I'm playing the song. If I do it with Rhythmbox than it's randomly. Mostly I can't see the album art of the different songs. With some songs I see the album art or I see the wrong album art.
