Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

Sometimes, especially when switching between the workspaces, the panel crashes.
Would be no problem at all, because it is restarting without a clue.
But after this restart some systray-icons don't reappear in the
notification-area.
Only "non-Gnome" programs useing the tray-option are affected, but those are
always affected. To give some examples: Sancho, Alltray (all programs started
with this), TVBrowser, Amarok, etc.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a program with alltray f.e. and force(?) the panel to crash.
2. Wait a few seconds for the panel to restart itself again.
3. See that the non-Gnome-icons of the icons are missing in the
notification-area.

Actual results:
See above.

Expected results:
All icons reappear in the notification-area.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.
