Am on Intrepid Ibex with Evolution 2.23.91 and had the "Summary and folder mismatch even after a sync" error when trying to empty the (Evolution-) Trash for one of my POP3 accounts (at Yahoo).
After the upgrade to Intrepid Evolution migrated to a new sqlite and crashed right after that. However, it worked ok since then. Now I have two E-Mails in my Trash that I can't remove, ok, no big deal, just a minor annoyance.
