Hmm - this isn't just nautilus. I've seen this again; this time with the 'Human' theme selected on one of the buttons in the Firefox preferences dialog - so I'm assuming this is one of the libraries rather than nautilus.
It is happen on the 'Connection Settings' button in the 'General' tab repeatedly. I've got to wonder whether that is related to that button having an icon as well as text in it.
