The cause seems to be that is not possible to cancel a task (downloading 
emails...), even clicking on cancel...
So when evolution tries to close, it waits until all the tasks are complete... 
which can be long if :
- there is a bug in the program which make the task uncompletable
- there is a connexion problem

It would be find to add a way to "kill" the thread who connects (without
waiting for socket timeout).
