the issue is not that easy, there is some ten thousand bugs open on launchpad and only a small team working on those, nobody is charging you any money and lot of people working there a people hacking on their free time to try to fix your issues, if you real need to get that fixed maybe you should consider contributing or buying a support contract? I've several computers and none is having this issue, the number of duplicates also shows that some users get the issue but that seems far of the number you list there, anyway discussing the number is not really constructive and what is lacking there is manpower not something you rants will likely change
