Ok, if that is the expected behaviour (I I don't think it should be, as
it is very counter intuitive) than how come the behaviour changes if I
copy the copy?

- Install Intrepid (Beta), or Hardy.
- use control-click-drag to copy the original firefox icon into a neighboring
position on the panel, thereby creating a copy of it.
- use control-click-drag to copy the copy of the icon into a neighboring
position, thereby creating a second copy.
- right click on the FIRST COPY's icon and select properties.
- Edit the command line in properties (such as by adding "--no-remote -P
profile2")
- right click on the SECOND COPY's icon and select properties.
- Edit the command line in properties (such as by adding "--no-remote -P
profile3")
- reboot
- the original icon will now execute the FIRST COPY's command, the SECOND COPY
will execute the correct command.

This is inconsistent behaviour.
