radeon 8500 (it's not my pc, at the moment i can't test the new daily cd to check if things got eventually sorted out sorry!), the live cd boots up just fione but as soon as the x server starts I am dropped back to the gdm login screen (it's likely that the gnome session actually gets started but exits immediately) where no timedlogin is enabled, unless im mistaken the default user, "ubuntu", has its password set randomly on boot hence i can't start any session of any kind, I am stuck at the login stage
