Of course, I've already tried 'rm' command, and using this command in the 
terminal is the only solution to empty the trash :
sudo rm -rf ~/.local/share/Trash/files/*

But if I reported this bug, it's to give you more informations to try to
find a solution to empty the trash with the empty button (graphical
mode) and not with the terminal.

If there's something I can do to give you more informations, you can ask, I'll 
help you.
But you must know that I'm a beginner with linux, so, if you want me to do some 
tests, you may give me a lot of details.
(I've kept this file in my trash, like this, I can help you to find a solution).
