Dear Developers! I googled for flickering gstreamer, and found this bug. The simptoms are similar, 8.10, amd64, ati driver and gstreamer. Other suggested that replacing the video output driver from default (xv->x11 or anything) should help. They were right, all players (Árpi's mplayer, xine) with this setting altered could play the movie without flickering.
My question is: Where can I alter totem's options, or gstreamer's to do not use 'xv' ?
