It's because ubuntu-desktop has a hard dependency on
libpt-1.10.10-plugins-v4l2 and libpt-1.10.10-plugins-v4l and since
libpt replaces them ubuntu-desktop needs to go. But I'm currently
building a new version that can live along side these two libs. So in
a couple of hours there might be a version that does not remove
ubuntu-desktop.
