In intrepid we need to go: System -> Preferences -> Keyboard -> Setup
"Meta is mapped to the win keys" to make the windows key work as a modifier! but now I've got another problem: When this option above is not choosen (and Super is not mapped to the Mod4) the Super_L key has no affect when trying to use any shortcut (for exemple I want to set Strg+SuperL to open my Homefolder, but when i use this combination nothing happens) I'm useing Intrepid (in Hardy it worked fine for me.
