Public bug reported: Clicking on "Apply Permissions to Enclosed Files" under the Permissions tab in a folders properties does not set the desired owner for all sub folders and files. However other permissions such as file access and folder access are set correctly. This is an annoyance as if a user is required to set the owner of a large number of files and/or folders the only alternative is to use chmod from the CLI!
