the bugs need to be sent upstream by somebody having the issue or when they have enough informations to be useful there, in this case you seem to be the only one to have the issue and getting useful details doesn't seem to be trigger, the ubuntu bug triage team has no real competence to work on this bug and indeed sending it upstream directly would be better a good idea there
