Yes but it doesn't change anything for me, nothing bad, nothing good. I trusted you that it worked: "it works just fine with rhythmbox :)" and upstream also said that it should be enough *shrug* anyway, gstreamer core and plugins-base will get a new release this weekend or monday which will have all this.
