No, i've just check it and in xterm everything fine - ctrl+c interrupts running 
process as should.

Oh, I'm very sorry for anxiety. I've found problem - I've <ctrl+c>
keyboard shortcut in gnome-terminal for "copy"; but in previous versions
of gnome-terminal such shortcut works well - if i pressed <ctrl-c>
within some text has been selected, it's just copied selected text in
buffer; but if i pressed <ctrl+c> within some process running, then
process interrupts properly. Looks like that in later version gnome-
terminal just doesn't count up context of such shortcut pressing.
