Could be caused by a missing mount file in the /usr/share/gvfs/mounts directory. Had this problem in my Hardy installation. The mount file for Secure WebDAV is just not present. Add a davs.mount file in the directory with content [Mount] Type=davs Exec=/usr/libexec/gvfsd-dav AutoMount=false and the Secure WebDAV should reappear in the listbox.
