I will quote you:

That means to me that nothing will be done until somebody else
"confirm"s (whatever that means) this bug.  Which would be fair enough
if I could not reproduce this bug at will, but I can.

I waited more than two weeks with no response to my last comment.

Then just say so.  A simple comment saying "thanks for your update.  we
will get to this bug at our earliest convenience" leaves a much cleaner
trail than simply ignoring my most recent comments.

Well, that's how people get when they feel they have done everything
that was requested of them and then get ignored.

Anyway.  I suspect the root of this problem is that the webserver
sending the file is sending a Content-type of "text/plain" rather than
the "video/<something>" type that it should be.

I will post an update if I can get the web server owner to fix this
problem and I can test again.
