Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: metacity

I'm using:
Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid Ibex
metacity binary package 1:2.24.0-0ubuntu1
Human theme
Compiz 1:0.7.8-0ubuntu4.1

What I expected: when focusing a window, the title bar should be light
brown with white text (Human theme).

What happened: sometimes (not always) the title bar remains grey (like
the unfocused windows) and without any text to identify it. If I move
the mouse pointer over other windows and return to that window, the
title bar works as expected (I use the focus following the mouse
pointer).
