1) Yes, it is reproductible, It behaves a little different when I reproducted.
2) Start System Monitor. Click on "Processes" tab, then sort by Memory (so far 
no problem, the sorting is ok). 
  2.1) Start any other programs (I used Amarok on the example, but others  
cause the same efect) and the sorting is lost. See for instance red dot ones (I 
marked those manually with gimp) on screenshot. 96KiB, 21.1MiB, 952KiB, 196.5 
MiB.
