Public bug reported:

Applications -> Accessories -> Passwords and Encryption Keys
-'xprop | grep WM_CLASS' reports as Seahorse
System -> Preferences -> Encryption and Keyrings
-'xprop | grep WM_CLASS' reports as Seahorse-preferences

These two provide some confusion. It is not clear to the average user
why they are in different places or what their different functionality
is. The Gnome experience would be simplified if they were somehow merged
together potentially in System -> Preferences.
