Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: totem

No matter what type of format video played, I get constant flickering
and disappearances of the totem video area... when I drag the window
while the video is playing, the video area stays fixed while the
interface moves around until I release the mouse button. My graphics
card is an ASUS EAH3450 - Radeon - 512MB.... serial no : 89C0AI375985
Part No : 90-C1CK15-J0UAY00Z. It can support up to 2048 x 1536
resolution at 85Hz and DirectX 10.1 shaders ... If you need any more
information then please contact me. I am using Ubuntu 8.10 - the
Intrepid Ibex - released in October 2008. It is very important that the
graphics side of things works well as I am hoping to use this system to
develop a game.

Regards

Chris
