Binary package hint: ekiga
Ekiga claims on startup (fresh desktop RC install) that it cannot listen
on the SIP/H323 ports - yet I have nothing listening on them,
furthermore it happily goes and listens on H323 later, tho not SIP even
if registered to ekiga.net
