Here is the issue :
I removed (by accident !) the sound-mixer applet from the top GNOME panel and
tried to add it but without success.
I can double-click, drag & drop the applet from the list and nothing
appears on the panel, even though the green cross is present before
released the button.
** Affects: gnome-media (Ubuntu)
