Public bug reported: Intrepid, up to date firefox and gnome-panel. I'm using compiz.
When visiting http://blog.oup.com/2009/03/science-fiction/ in firefox my gnome-panel crashes. It does not crash until I switch to the tab which makes me think that it may be related to the page title being displayed on the window list. I started gnome-panel from gnome-terminal to see what sort of crash it is, I get this: dan...@silver:~$ gnome-panel (gnome-panel:6969): Gdk-WARNING **: /build/buildd/gtk+2.0-2.14.4/gdk/x11/gdkdrawable-x11.c:878 drawable is not a pixmap or window Segmentation fault Note that the Gdk warning was already displayed before the page was viewed and the panel crashed. ** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Panel crash when visiting http://blog.oup.com/2009/03/science-fiction/ in firefox https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/356785 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-panel in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
