Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

The time zone options have Georgia as a country, but the capital city
(Tbilisi) cannot be selected in the clock applet as a location. This
seems different from every other selectable nation. It is also odd as
Georgian is a supported translation of Ubuntu.

This seems like it should be a simple fix - if a developer can tell me
the file I can certainly go in to the XML (or whatever) and make a
patch. Anyone want to mentor me?

** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
