I have tested 2 systems: Hardy Heron - fully updated (32 bit) and Intrepid Ibex - fully updated (64 bit)
I cannot confirm bug anymore. I have tested to print several copies of a single page (from test.ps file), once via Page range, once via Actual page and it printed requested amount of pages.
