I believe if you run "sudo update-manager --dist-upgrade", it will fix these up for you; the issue with jaunty's brasero is that it conflicts with nautilus-cd-burner, which needs to be removed (as well as an additional library installed) and update-manager by default won't do this for you. I'm not sure what the issue around gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad is, can you report the output of: apt-cache policy gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad as well as the output of sudo apt-get -s install gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad" (as long as the -s option is given to apt-get, it will only not perform any actions, but will report what actions it would have taken.)
