Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-applets
I'm using dmraid to mount partitions in an Intel "Storage Matrix" software raid1 volume. The volume got three partitions, and I mount all three of them from fstab. Even so, the disk mounter applet shows six icons, two for each partition, in unmounted state. I strongly suspect that they represent the corresponding partitions from each component disk in the mirror raid. (I haven't tried to mount them in fear of messing up the raid.) The disk mounter should detect that such partitions belong to a dmraid set and filter them out. Jaunty, gnome-applets is 2.26.0-0ubuntu4. ** Affects: gnome-applets (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Disk mounter applet shows icons for dmraid component devices https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/370110 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-applets in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
