Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution
problem getting emails from web.de since I "downgrade" from ubuntu 9.04 back to 8.10. The sytem 8.10 is actually installed on a fresh formated new partition, but the evolution database (and all other data on /home/&USER/*) remains the same! there is now a mismatch of columns reported between evolution folder and the received web.de-folder. Deleting and reinstalling doesn't work because even if I use a new evolution account name, evolution remembers all my old emails from the former deleted account including the mismatch problem. How can I reconfigure the table to match the columns?
