Public bug reported:

I'm using brand new Dapper.
I selected printer from 'System->Administration->Printer'.
And I installed HP 5500 v3010.107-Postscript driver for Laserjet-5500.
It seemed to work well except duplex function.
That function works well firefox actually, but it failed to work in gnome
applications, for example evince.
Obviously, I checked if the duplex option was turned on in the printer menu of
gnome-cups-manager as well as in the printer option of evince.
In addition, I tried to install another driver, such as HP5500 (without
Postscript) and HP5550, but still I had same results.

** Affects: gnome-cups-manager (Ubuntu)
       Severity: Normal
       Priority: (none set)
         Status: Unconfirmed
