Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

I wanted to make events in Evolution's calendar display times in both
UTC and Pacific Daylight Time (my primary timezone), but the relevant
preference doesn't appear to work with UTC, though it does work with
other timezones.

Steps to reproduce:
0. Open Evolution
1. Edit > Preferences
2. Click the "Calendar and Tasks" icon at the left side of the preferences
window
3. On the "General" tab, under "Time", click the button to the right of "Second
zone", and click "Select..."
4. In the dropdown box, scroll to the top and click "UTC"
5. Click "OK"
6. Note that the button says "None" instead of "UTC"
7. Click "Close" in the Preferences window
8. Note that UTC times are not shown in Day View

Expected result:
UTC is set as a second time zone and displayed in Day View.

Actual result:
No second timezone is set.
