I still have this issue with version 2.26.1 in Karmic. The time between the high and low of the cycle is less than .5 seconds.
This is on an MSI Wind U100, with an Intel GME945 graphics adaptor. Can anyone else confirm this? The bug has supposedly been fixed upstream as of version 2.24.x Also, please ask if you need any logs or output.
