Hi, I'm randymanme. I'm a newbie -- earlier today, I had to go to the glossary to find out what a terminal is. Choppy videos and/or videos running in slow motion are a pain for me. Can I download Linux Mint Main Edition without it adversely effecting my computer? I have Ubuntu 8.04. If I don't like mint or if it doesn't solve my problem, can I easily (for a newbie) go back to 8.04?
